题目: Generation and characterization of a highly multimode quantum state of light

摘要:

We have generated by parametric down-conversion and fully characterized a highly multimode frequency comb with multipartite quantum entanglement between its different frequency components that has promising applications in wavelength multiplexed quantum information processing.

简介

Claude Fabre graduated at the Univ. Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris and obtained his PhD at the Ecole Normale Superieure in Paris under the supervision of S. Haroche.He was then appointed by the National Center of Scientific Research (CNRS) until 1996, then became a professor at the Univ. P. et M. Curie. His current research deals with the experimental and theoretical study of the non-classical properties of light, such as squeezing or entanglement, and its applications to quantum metrology and quantum information processing.
